Personalized Recommendations

If the school chooses to add student groups, these groups will be automatically sorted by keyword, presenting the student with personalized recommendations. The student can join with a click and the group is leader is notified. Early results from schools using Red Rover show an 80-110% improvement in involvement.

 
 

See Possibilities for New Groups

By clicking on any interest in the system, students and staff can easily see opportunities for new groups. These groups can be created with just a few clicks and then they are recommended to other students. Staff can also see an opportunity for an event, say 250 students that like “Guitar Hero” in one Residence Hall Complex, and then, using the Red Rover messaging feature, they can notify just those students of the time and place.

 
 

Live, Actionable Assessment

Current methods of measuring engagement and involvement use self reporting surveys. Sometimes the results aren’t available for months. Red Rover provides live data on what students actually did. Ambassadors, orientation leaders, or staff can see who joined a group and who did not, to focus their attention where it is needed. More importantly, staff can see what the students' interests are, so they can quickly and easily create or recommend groups that will help increase involvement.
